Support Ontario's cultural heritage

The Ontario Heritage Trust completed extensive restoration work before opening Fulford Place to the public. The house and its collection were donated to the Trust in 1991. Many items from the family's collection - such as the Japanese lacquered cabinet, Russian bronzes and a dragonfly-pattern Tiffany lamp - are exhibited in the house just as they were nearly 100 years ago. The library, shown here, may have smaller dimensions than some of the other rooms at Fulford Place, but its rich interior and southern exposure overlooking the resplendent St. Lawrence River make it perhaps the most comfortable room in the mansion. (20K)The tax benefits of supporting the work of the Ontario Heritage Trust can be substantial.

The Trust accepts donations of furniture, art, artifacts and collections associated with our heritage properties.

In addition, we welcome cash donations and endowments, as well as corporate sponsorships and donations in kind, all of which help us to identify, preserve, protect and promote Ontario's heritage.
