Booking procedures

To book our Conference and Reception Centres, contact one of our Event Coordinators:

Booking
When booking, please specify the room set-up you require and the number of guests expected. An Occupancy Permit/Invoice will be sent to you with details of your function. The Occupancy Permit must be signed and returned with your payment in order to confirm your booking. Please confirm the number of guests no later than 48 hours prior to your event.


Payment

A 50 per cent deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is required 30 days prior to the event date. If you book less than 30 working days prior to your event, full payment will be required at the time of your booking.

Credit card payment is requested.



Changes and cancellations
If you decide to change the date or time of your event, or cancel it altogether, please contact the Event Coordinator immediately. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $50. If a cancellation is made within 30-60 days of the event, you will not receive a refund on your deposit unless the room can be booked by another client. Cancellation made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.


Room access
Access to your room(s) is permitted only after full payment is made and the signed Occupancy Permit has been received. If you would like access prior to the arranged time, please contact the Event Coordinator to determine if the room is available. Additional fees may apply.
